Hi! I’m Meghan

If you’re here, you have taken the first steps in beginning your therapeutic journey- that takes courage!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working virtually with clients in California and Connecticut. I have a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with themselves. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My therapeutic style is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and move toward meaningful change with practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about uncovering the strength and clarity already within you. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, building on your resilience and unique story. You don’t have to have it all figured out — you just have to be willing to start. Come as you are. Let our work together be the bridge between where you are and where you dream to be.

If you're ready to start your healing journey or just curious about what therapy might look like for you, I’d be honored to connect.

More about Meghan:

Meghan received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Meghan went on to pursue a Masters of Science in Social Work, with a concentration in Health, Mental Health, and Disabilities from Columbia University School of Social Work. While attending Columbia University, Meghan’s clinical training included high school and inpatient hospital settings, working with both adolescents and adults.

After completion of her master's degree, Meghan worked for several years as a Clinical Social Worker at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital - Stanford in Palo Alto, California, on the pediatric intensive care unit.
